Role Summary

Recruit the supply chain, procurement, and logistics professionals who keep rocket and spacecraft production moving. You will partner with operations leaders to fill roles that directly affect build schedules.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle searches for buyers, planners, supplier quality, and logistics roles.
• Source candidates from manufacturing, aerospace, and automotive supply chains.
• Screen for technical knowledge, negotiation skills, and fit for a fast-paced environment.
• Update hiring managers weekly on pipeline and offers.
• Manage candidates from interview through start date.

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting supply chain, procurement, or operations roles.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience recruiting in manufacturing or aerospace.
• Knowledge of supply chain job titles and skill sets.
• Strong sourcing and closing skills.

About this Opportunity

This is a contract-to-perm role. You will be employed by Allegis Global Solutions (AGS) for the duration of your 6-month, on-site contract at SpaceX, with the opportunity to move into a permanent role. This position requires you to work on site. Remote work will not be considered.
