Role Summary

Keep the recruiting process running efficiently with data, reporting, and process improvement. You will give recruiters and leaders clear metrics on pipeline health, time to fill, and candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain recruiting reports and dashboards.
• Audit applicant tracking system data for accuracy and consistency.
• Analyze trends in pipeline, conversion, and time to fill.
• Recommend and help implement process improvements.
• Support recruiters with system questions and reporting requests.

Basic Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting operations, reporting, or analytics.
• Strong spreadsheet and data skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with applicant tracking systems and reporting tools.
• Experience presenting findings to recruiting teams.
• Attention to detail and clear communication.

About this Opportunity

This is a contract-to-perm role. You will be employed by Allegis Global Solutions (AGS) for the duration of your 6-month, on-site contract at SpaceX, with the opportunity to move into a permanent role. This position requires you to work on site. Remote work will not be considered.
