Role Summary

Recruit the skilled tradespeople, site engineers, and operations staff who build and run the Starship launch site. You will partner directly with site leaders to fill fast-moving, on-site roles.

Responsibilities

• Recruit for welding, electrical, mechanical, construction, and site operations roles.
• Meet weekly with site leaders to set hiring priorities and timelines.
• Screen candidates for skills, safety awareness, and readiness to work on site.
• Coordinate candidate travel, onboarding steps, and start dates.
• Keep candidates informed and engaged from first call to first day.

Basic Qualifications:

• 2+ years of recruiting experience for skilled trades, construction, or industrial roles.
• Ability to work on site in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience recruiting for remote or large-scale project sites.
• Knowledge of trade certifications and licenses.
• Strong follow-through and organization.

About this Opportunity

This is a contract-to-perm role. You will be employed by Allegis Global Solutions (AGS) for the duration of your 6-month, on-site contract at SpaceX, with the opportunity to move into a permanent role. This position requires you to work on site. Remote work will not be considered.
