Role Summary

Recruit the technicians, electricians, mechanical and facilities specialists, and engineers who build and maintain large-scale technical infrastructure. You will partner with site managers to fill critical roles on tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Recruit for facilities, electrical, mechanical, and technical operations roles.
• Build regional talent pipelines through local outreach and partnerships.
• Screen candidates for technical skills and on-site readiness.
• Update hiring managers regularly on progress and candidate availability.
• Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding.

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of recruiting experience for technical or infrastructure roles.
• Ability to work on site.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience recruiting for data center, utilities, or large facilities projects.
• Familiarity with the regional labor market.
• Strong communication and follow-up.

About this Opportunity

This is a contract-to-perm role. You will be employed by Allegis Global Solutions (AGS) for the duration of your 6-month, on-site contract at SpaceX, with the opportunity to move into a permanent role. This position requires you to work on site. Remote work will not be considered.
