Role Summary

Lead confidential searches for senior managers, directors, and other leaders. You will act as an advisor to executives and manage a small number of high-priority searches from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Run discreet, high-touch searches for senior and leadership roles.
• Build search strategies, target company lists, and candidate market maps.
• Manage senior candidates through assessment, references, and offers.
• Provide regular updates and market insights to executive stakeholders.
• Protect confidentiality throughout every search.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, including senior or executive-level hiring.
• Excellent judgment and discretion.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with retained or executive search.
• Strong network across technology, aerospace, or engineering leadership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

About this Opportunity

This is a contract-to-perm role. You will be employed by Allegis Global Solutions (AGS) for the duration of your 6-month, on-site contract at SpaceX, with the opportunity to move into a permanent role. This position requires you to work on site. Remote work will not be considered.
