Role Summary

Recruit the software, firmware, and network engineers who build the systems behind Starlink. You will partner with engineering managers to find specialized talent in a highly competitive market.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle searches for software, firmware, and network engineering roles.
• Source passive candidates and build talent pipelines.
• Guide candidates through technical interview loops and prepare them for each step.
• Advise hiring managers on market trends, candidate availability, and timelines.
• Close offers and manage candidate relationships through start date.

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting software engineers.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience recruiting for embedded, networking, or satellite communications roles.
• Strong Boolean and sourcing skills.
• Proven record of closing competitive candidates.

About this Opportunity

This is a contract-to-perm role. You will be employed by Allegis Global Solutions (AGS) for the duration of your 6-month, on-site contract at SpaceX, with the opportunity to move into a permanent role. This position requires you to work on site. Remote work will not be considered.
