Role Summary

Plan and manage recruiting programs that help SpaceX hire at scale. You will coordinate across recruiters, hiring managers, and operations teams to keep large hiring initiatives on track.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage hiring programs, including timelines, milestones, and resourcing.
• Coordinate across recruiting, hiring, and onboarding teams.
• Track program metrics and report status to leadership.
• Identify risks and bottlenecks and recommend solutions.
• Improve processes to shorten time to fill and improve candidate experience.

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting, program management, or project management.
• Strong organization and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing large hiring programs or recruiting projects.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and reporting.
• Comfortable working with senior stakeholders.

About this Opportunity

This is a contract-to-perm role. You will be employed by Allegis Global Solutions (AGS) for the duration of your 6-month, on-site contract at SpaceX, with the opportunity to move into a permanent role. This position requires you to work on site. Remote work will not be considered.
