Role Summary

Recruit the finance, accounting, legal, and business operations professionals who support SpaceX’s growth. You will partner with corporate leaders to find candidates with strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle searches for finance, accounting, legal, and business roles.
• Screen candidates and write clear candidate summaries for hiring managers.
• Advise leaders on market conditions and compensation expectations.
• Manage interview scheduling, feedback, and offers.
• Keep requisition and candidate records current in the applicant tracking system.

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting corporate or finance professionals.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience recruiting in a fast-growing or high-profile company.
• Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
• Professional presence with senior stakeholders.

About this Opportunity

This is a contract-to-perm role. You will be employed by Allegis Global Solutions (AGS) for the duration of your 6-month, on-site contract at SpaceX, with the opportunity to move into a permanent role. This position requires you to work on site. Remote work will not be considered.
